I'm pretty certain he also wrestled as El Savage for a little while. Like how Rey Jr. used to wrestle as Colibri.

Anyways, aside from what everyone else said, Psicosis had a feud with Rey Mysterio Jr. (storyline wise, I mean, not real life) that pretty much lasted both of their careers until Rey went to WWE. It was more or less the lucha libre equivalent of Angle/Benoit or Flair/Steamboat.

If you want to see a match with Psychosis at his best, I'd suggest you find a copy of his match with Rey at Bash at the Beach '96 (It's on the Rey Mysterio "619" DVD) It's awesome.
