No, they can't
patent anything in a wrestling match.
A patent is so far off the mark it stuns me it'd be mentioned.
A copyright wouldn't work, as they could only copyright the description, not the actual match. As long as someone used a different description, they could do the same thing verbatim.
A trademark is the closest, but they can only mark the "brand name."
