Well drafting guys that are good in ERA, wins, strikeouts is important strategy. It's no different like in hockey when you draft goalies. Sure it's a no brainer to go after the Brodeur's but you've got to think about what the categories are that your league is set up for and pick guys that will help you win the categories. It's not so much about picking the best talent that's there, it's about picking guys that get the job done.

I know for a fact, wins are something people were expecting to see as a pitching stat.
