Any good ways to improve fingering speed?
I've been playing bass for about 3 months now, and would like to see some improvement in my finger-picking. I play faster with a thumb or a pick, but would rather have a more hands-on approach than a pick and more versatility than just relying on my thumb.

Any tips or techniques to up the speed of your fingers?
