That would be awesome, except the commentators wouldn't be able to convey it right, in my opinion. I can just imagine Jonathan Coachman going "He didn't sell-out" and Jerry Lawler calling him an "ass kisser" and Joey Styles being the only one to hit the nail on the head, but his voice would be drowned out. The completely obvious addressing of the issue you suggested would probably come off better, as the WWE would be able to point in one direction with it.
They could have Cena come forth as the father as Stephanie's baby. I mean, the two did seem kind of close from a kayfabe point on SmackDown!. Cena can basically do what Triple H did to become top heel. By riding the boss' daughter, Cena would get a huge amount of heat, because the women will boo him as well. Don't bring Stephanie back as a character, though, that would just be annoying. To make the angle more real, you can even have Triple H revealed to have married Steph again. To write him out of WWE storylines while he's looking after the baby, just have Vince McMahon fire him since he has no ties with the McMahons anymore.
