HHH can't turn face. After all the shit he's done over the past two years, I really don't see how anyone could buy him as a babyface again. Not to mention it's pretty much common knowledge that he's married to Stephanie, so that only makes people hate him more.
If the HHH/Cena match was the semi-main event, Cena could win by cheating, and then cut a promo ripping on the fans; followed by the MITB winner coming out to challenge for the belt and winning it. Not only would this turn Cena heel (which he desperately needs), but it would elevate another talent (RVD winning in Chicago would be huge), and it would make for a very, very interesting RAW.
