It was, indeed, at Hallowe'en Havoc 1991: Chamber of Horrors, and it was in the eponymous "Chamber" match featuring The Steiners, Sting and El Gigante vs Cactus Jack, Abdullah The Butcher, The Diamond Studd (Scott Hall) and Big Van Vader.

The match sucked big-time.

Anyone else remember Rob Bartlett? The "comedian" that the WWF hired to announce Monday Night Raw back in the early days in 1993.
