I used to really love Happy Gilmore (and still do), but Adam Sandler movies all follow the same vague plotline. Adam Sandler is hopeless, working class, lazy, shit at ice hockey etc, then he meets Drew Barrymore and turns into this suave, awesome at sport guy that everybody likes.

And that accounts for about 98.3% of Adam Sandler movies. Except Anger Management
I forgot the part where he gets drunk, loses the girl and wins her back in an emotional finale
