Jim Scheonfeld(sp?) then coach of the NJ Devils. He flipped out on the ref and followed him into the tunnel toward his dressing room. He was arguing with him and starting telling the ref, "Go eat another donut, you fat fuck" If I remember correctly, the refs didn't play again in the NHL playoffs because of this.
