Shelton put in a ton of work during the offseason. I think he may have actually reported to Lakeland before the pitchers and catchers this year, just so he could have extra time to work out at the team facilities.

The thing is, he'll keep getting pitches because he's the #6 hitter on the team. That lineup is so stacked, that they can't pitch around him because odds are that some combination of Granderson, Polanco, Pudge, Magglio, or D Young will aleady be on base with Guillen, Monroe, and Inge (all capable hitters) following behind him. So, I don't think 35 or maybe even 40 HRs are out of the question for him.
