McGahee was also going to be hands down, without a doubt the #1 overall pick in that draft though. The injury set him back 21 spots, the Cromartie case is a bit different since he wasn't first team All American or a Heisman finalist before injuring his knee. Not saying he won't be good or anything, just saying I don't think teams will be as quick to jump on him since he really hasn't proved much besides being a great nickleback in college.
