Yeah Regal could have been anything.
Steven Richards is another one. Maybe he could never have been a maineventer but he could have been a soild upper midcarder. He has way more talent than to be just a jobber on heat.
Rob Conway I thought was a great talent but the crowd never got behind him. He was great in the ring, good on the mic and he looked the part but he just never connected with the crowd during his push mid last year.
Maven is another who had enough charisma to make something of himself.
