Jim Ross, IMO, should not be put in the commentary spot once again. I do like Jimmy as a commentator, but nowadays he seems too repetitive and sometimes overreacts to situations. The WWE needs to get a combination going and i would recommend former or current WWE superstars who don't wrestle i.e. SCSA or Mick Foley.
