IMO Misawa is overrated, I've watched some of his older matches recently and I've found myself being bored of him. Now Kobashi (and Kawada come to think of it) is a different story. But that's another thread.
Storm is probably a better worker but I don't think there's anyone who could argue he is a better talker/personality than Punk. To be honest I kind of think that's where the hype comes from, it's pretty rare on the indies for a guy to be able to work decently *and* cut high-level promos.
I don't remember exactly but I think he's only been working about 5-6 years, and it's pretty rare for anyone to be great at that stage of their career. In a couple years though, I do honestly think he'll be able to legitimately cut it as a main-eventer anywhere in the world.
