I'm not disappointed at all. I think it's awesome. Much like you could beat about 12 levels minimum in SMW to get to Bowser, and only 2/3 of SMW would be beaten if you didn't get any of the secret level endings and Star Roads and Special World.
I died once, on world 7. Got every star coin first try and bought all the "wallpapers" for the touch screen.
