That's the alternate reality, though. Biff went back a changed this timeline, but at that moment this one SKEWED off onto a tagent which is our alternate reality.

You see, in that reality, Paul London is the WCW champion, Booker T is the 17 time WWE/WCW (combined) champion and married to Stephanie, and Paul Heyman bought out WWE after the big roid bust of '03.
