Undertaker.
You see, the reason Undertaker hasn't returned to Raw is that JBL secretly stole his urn, and has been manipulating him. He will return This Friday as the "American Badass," accompanied by his "handler," Dough Basham. Doug will come to the ring and watch the urn for JBL, as Taker decimates what's left of the littlest champion. So sure of Victory, JBL gives his US championship back to his new "Secretary of Defense."
However, at the PPV, Doug will turn on JBL, ordering the Undertaker to destroy JBL. This will end in a DQ, but JBL will be bailed out by Mark Henry and the Great Khali. They will clear the ring (likely by eating the announcer), but the Undertaker will sit back up and double chokeslam them, breaking every bone in his body.
As Taker gets his usual six years off between appearances, Dough Basham will now be number 1 contender for the strap, using the old "US Champion is the #1 contender" stipulation. He goes up against Rey, who lands the 619, and the ref begins to count, when suddenly...The lights go purple, the ring levitates, and Rey is distracted long enough for Doug to get the roll up...1..2...3...DOUG BASHAM IS CHAMPION! ZOMFG!
The next week on Smackdown, Danny comes out and says he is the champ, because they switched out during the Undertaker's distraction. This sets up the greatest feud in Smackdown history, and near identical brothers feud for the HEavyweight championship. Records are set in ratings, before they team up to pwn DX along with Vis, Venis, and Conway.
