The Rock is also slated to have a recurring guest starring role in the third season of "LOST". According to JJ Abrams (LOST creator), The Rock will appear in only a hand full of episodes as a favor to him. The role was originally supposed to be played by Michael Clark Duncan but conflicts in shooting schedules left the "LOST" creative team in a bind and The Rock agreed to step in.
