I think they used psychosis' wig and a plastic Kane mask.

Vince: Glenn, did you bring the mask and wig?

Kane: No, I couldn't find it.

Vince: Well, SHIT! Wait, I think I see a kid about three rows back wearing a Kane mask, someone go get it! And, uhhhh.... PSYCHOSIS!

Vince: I need your wig!
