The original is still to this day the scariest movie I have ever seen, probably because I was only 10 or 11 when I saw it and it scared the shit out of me. It is still the only movie that gave me nightmares so bad I couldn't sleep properly for 3-4 nights.

I'm watching the remake now, so I'll let you know what I think.
