I can tell you from experience that the store employee isn't always fired in that case, and in some cases, doesn't even get as much as a verbal warning. (well, in the case of cursing back - I'd HOPE that someone working a job like that would have it together enough not to take the first swing, and if you swing first, guess what. Self defense.)
Anyway, I don't purchase very much wrestling merchandise, but when I do, I don't seem to have that problem.
