No. It's a very elaborate pump system. You see, if a wrestler is scripted to bleed in a match, they surgically insert a tiny packet of blood in their forehead. That is connected to a skin-colored hose that goes into their shirt or tights. When they need to bleed, they squeeze it, the skin re-breaks, and it gives the illusion that they are bleeding.
