Well RBI is a terrible way to measure something like that. A better way would be that Loretta is hitting .270/.323./.279 with RISP. And singles hitters just dont drive in runs.
RBI is a shit stat because it's team dependent and uncomparable. You can't take two guys on diff teams with 39 RBIs and say "well these 2 have been equally good at driving runs in"
