A look at ND's schedule

September 2 at Georgia Tech - They are ranked around 35th in most pre-season shits, it is the first game of the season tho so they could be better than expected but I'd assume an easy win for the Irish here. I'd wouldn't call this game a cupcake game.

September 9 Penn State - Bringing in a new QB so I think ND should handle this game, if this game was happening towards the end of November I'd think it'd be a lot tougher. ND should definetly win this game. Same goes for this game tho, definetly wouldn't call it a cupcake. PSU has a lot of dudes coming back.

September 16 Michigan - Don't really know where to go with this game, Michigan didn't play up to their potential at all last season but this year could be different, right now it looks like ND should handle this game but that could change. Definetly not a cupcake.

September 23 at Michigan State - I'd say ND should win this one, I've seen Michigan State projected as low as 7th in the Big 10 but they are returning Drew Stanton as well as all of their LBs and CBs but ND should definetly win this one. Still wouldn't call this one a cupcake, atleast not yet lets see how Michigan State pans out this season though

September 30 Purdue - I'd think ND should win this one as well, although I wouldn't be surprised to see Purdue finish up in the top 25 when all is said and done...no Ohio State for Purdue this year plus Wisconsin and PSU on their homefield.

October 7 Stanford - Could probably call this one a cupcake, Stanford lost to a 1AA team last season, so yeah.

October 21 UCLA - Wouldn't call this one a cupcake, although UCLA did get routed last season by Arizona so who knows. ND will undoutbly be the favorite here but UCLA is another team that could possibly be in the top 25 once this game rolls around. UCLA started out 8-0 last year, so this could be a match up of 2 undefeateds when its gametime.

October 28 at Navy - Should definetly win this game, at this preseason ranking sheet I got infront of me Navy is at #42 - I dunno if I'd consider them a cupcake opponent since they've showed to be a strong team in the past.

November 4 North Carolina - Ehhhh, easy win here, probably call it a cupcake

November 11 at Air Force - Cupcake

November 18 Army - Cupcake

November 25 at USC - Could be a match up between 2 undefeateds to see who goes on to a BCS title game to face Ohio State.
