To be honest I don't get to watch a whole load of wrestling at the moment but do read the Impact and Smackdown spoilers.

Comparing the two:

TNA has a better tag division where there are a many possible credible tag champs. I caught a Daniels/Styles tag match and in five minutes saw good tag chemistry.

TNA also have storyline/gimmicks for people on the roster below the main event i.e Don't fire Eric and Spike wanting Abyss to come get him. Common sense but TNA has a better way of building into their PPV's

TNA has Nash and Shelley

I've always enjoyed watching TNA for their matches but the entertainment bit is also getting more...entertaining.

TNA appear to be doing quite a few things right lately.
