Shane Douglas and Ric Flair do have problems.

From what I understand, back when Douglas was in WCW, he had asked Flair for an opinion about a match he just had. Flair hadn't been paying attention to the match and so he pretended that he had. Douglas caught him on a lie and Douglas has been bitter at Flair since.

Someone might be able to give a bit more insight than I could.
