We need a 1-2-3 punch like we had with Quantrill and Gordon in the bullpen, those guys were workhorses, Gordon was almost as lights-out as Rivera.

Villone has been solid for us this year, and tbh Proctor and Farnsworth have done a good job too, Myers is a great guy to have for the lefties too. It could be worse

But I agree, Rivera only threw 14 pitches in game 1 so I dunno why he wanted to rest him so badly, he's thrown triple that number in outings before and done consecutive nights work.
