The Spirit Squad vs. The Highlanders should be a pretty good tag team match. I've read plans to split The Squad may have been delayed, and with Cryme Tyme coming (obviously as babyfaces), I think the WWE may keep the belts on The Squad. A title switch here wouldn't be surprising, though.
Kane and Umaga could have a good match. Kane's a good big man, and Jamal has talent. If Umaga wins cleanly, this will be pointless, though. They should keep this short and sweet with Kane taking Umaga's head off with a steel chair/the steel steps, again. This sets up a Kane vs. Umaga Gimmick Match in Marksville, where a longer battle between may not get shit on.
Lita vs. Trish Stratus could be great, especially with it being Trish's farewell in Toronto. Trish should go over, vacate the title, then have an interpromotional tournament for it. Lita should only go over if she's signed an extension with the WWE. I can see Beth Phoenix making a return here and helping Trish escape a Lita beat-down after the match.
Johnny Nitro vs. Jeff Hardy will be fun. I like Nitro better, so I hope he retains. I have a feeling Jeff Hardy will continue his winning streak, though. If Joey Mercury is able to be there, maybe he could cost Hardy the match. Matt Hardy then comes over from SmackDown!, and we get The Hardy Boyz vs. MNM at Cyber Sunday. That could be decent.
Hell in a Cell will be shit. Shane will do something stupid, but apart from that...snore. Big Show is the only person in there I'm remotely interested in besides Shane. I'm a bigger fan of the heels here, but a win for the babyfaces makes sense. Have Shane taken out of the match via suicide, Big Show's next opponent for the ECW Title removes him from the equation, Vince gets tossed around the place, eats Sweet Chin Music, eats Pedigree, try to get out of town before Toronto shits all over the storyline.
I'm having second thoughts about Randy Orton vs. Carlito. New reports are saying John Cena will stay on RAW. That's fucked up. That means Randy Orton HAS to win. Seeing as he violated the drug policy, we won't see him as WWE Champion, which means we are guaranteed Cena as WWE Champion heading into the new year, which means he'll likely take the belt into another WrestleMania. Fuck that. Cena as Champion is stale. Have him lose the main event when Chris Benoit runs out and takes the WWE Championship down. The match is officially a draw, but because he didn't win the WWE Title, and because he just wants to beat the shit out of Benoit, have him go to SmackDown!. Carlito beats Orton, and we have a match set for Cyber Sunday: Edge vs. Carlito for the WWE Championship.
The WWE will fuck it all up, though. They want buyrates? Book interesting scenarios.
