Sure, WWE could blow up again at any time if they put the effort into it. But with no one to give them incentive to put that effort forth, they just won't. Vince would rather go ahead with storylines that suck because he can. WWE gets consistent ratings no matter how bad the product, so why should they try any harder than they need to?
