Re-installing sound driver

OK, so I did a full system recovery but when I was re-organizing everything my computer told me that I didn't have any sound drivers so I effectively can't play any sounds at all. I downloaded a driver from the Gateway website but when I try to run the set-up, this is what shows up (see enclosed photo). I'm at a loss. Anything I can do aside from calling technical support?

No matter what may happen to me, just remember Lzzy Hale gave me the bedroom eyes...

...again.
