And do you honestly think the WWE WON'T go after them if this were the case? Hell, if he DID breach the contract with the promo, they can probably stop him from appearing on TNA at least until they settle.
I really don't think he has a clause. I doubt TNA would risk it, and would just have him rest if this were the case. But yeah, there are probably ways around such things, as thorough as the WWE is. Being Kurt fucking Angle, the biggest star in professional wrestling today helps.
