Now see If Angle is getting by the WWE then Angle can't work for TNA, but see if Angle waives his money and just says "Vince don't pay me I'm going to to TNA" then it's legal.

That's my understanding of it, and btw Meltz was talking about this Hypothically he had no idea what the surprise was.
