I think what it really would boil down to (assuming that Angle actually does have a clause, which is unlikely) is how much Angle hates the WWE, and how much the WWE really fears Angle. If the WWE took Angle to court, it is more likely to boost TNA in the public eye than make it less credible (which the no-compete clause is designed to do, isn't it?). So for that reason, and that reason alone, I can see the WWE just shrugging and going on pretending TNA doesn't exist. They shouldn't try shoving them anymore, because TNA now has some heavy firepower.
I want to hear the crowd reaction on Monday night, see what it's like. There better be at least one "WWE now fears TNA" or "WWE fears Angle" sign.

What the hell is TNA going to do, though? I mean honestly, what could they do in retaliation to the WWE taking Kurt Angle to court that they wouldn't do regardless?
