Probably just make an appeal to wrestling fans, etc. I don't know if they'd actually be able to even get their hands up legally, but they do have media contacts, and TNA would make as much noise as possible. They could try and play it like the WWE is a "bully", and the idiot marks that don't apply logic to anything may jump to TNA, just because they are the "good guys" now.

It's crazy, but if the WWE did try to stop TNA and Angle, I could see them trying to spin it in their favour.
