I would keep Air Force and throw out New Mexico. It would be at least even with the big east.

The Golden Boot is a trophy awarded each year to the winner of the Battle for the Golden Boot football matchup between the Arkansas Razorbacks and the LSU Tigers. The trophy itself resembles the outline of the states of Arkansas and Louisiana connected, thus making a boot shape.
