I would LOVE to see the WWE give Kurt Angle's theme to some new guy, just to get him heel heat. He could then play the "it wasn't even Kurt's first" card, which is justification, which all great heels should have.

I don't know who could use it, but the WWE have been avoiding using Charlie Haas' new music recently, so I'm assuming they don't want to pay for that. Why not give it to him? It'd also fit MVP with his whole "athlete" thing.
