Joanie looked terrible with natural breasts with her having a muscular body, so she had a good reason to get breast implants. This is the reason why most wrestling women and muscular women get breast implants. Stacy Keibler doesn't get breast implants because she looks fine without them. But with women like Trish, Lita, Molly, Victoria, Dawn Marie, Steph, etc. all having breast implants, they would look terrible if they had natural breasts.
