You've seen the match (at least I am assuming you have) can you honestly say, given Steiners performance, that ANYONE could've carried him to a good match that night?
Steiner wrestled Jericho two weeks after his Royal Rumble PPV match with Triple H and it was a good match. Then, fast forward three weeks later to No Way Out where Steiner had his return match with Triple H, and the match was the drizzling shits all over again.

I'm not saying it was Trips fault or Steiners, and yes Steiner obviously had ring rust in those days, but he was still able to put on good matches (or be carried to good matches, depending on how you see it) with other wrestlers not named Triple H. Its obvious that the two did not have good chemistry in the ring at all.

But there are many different reasons for having a bad match too, and the fact that Steiner hit 20 odd suplexes makes me believe the two did not prepare too well or at all, for their match. Plus neither guy seems to like each other which never helps when it comes down to putting a match together.
