Yeah, like it was stated, the Legends games only incorporate elements of RPG games such as leveling up and conversations. But it's very streamlined and a lot more hands-on in terms of action. You'll be doing more ass-kicking than worrying about things like hidden areas, obtaining certain objects, and other traditional RPG stuff. In other words, it doesn't feel like an RPG.
