I'm trying to find out what changes these non fans would like to see in order for them to watch. The problem with changes is that if they completely change it they've alienated their current fan base. The problem is, they dont' know what changes actually make a difference to the American fans and keep them Canadians happy.

So I guess, to you Americans that aren't into hockey, what would it take for you to care more?
