Geez, thats such a tough question.
Off the top of my head, I might have to say the RAW after Wrestlemania XIV. You had the first big angle between Austin and Vince, which is a fued that drove the WWE to record business. You also had Rock taking over The Nation,, which really started his big push toward the main events. Also, you had X-Pac's return to the WWE promo and all, and the reformation of DX, which also did big business for the company. It was a really packed show.
As for Nitro, I would probably say the Nitro where Goldberg won the WCW title. It was a great moment, and a clear indication that Goldberg could be as big of a star as Austin was, but that never happened for certain reasons, which I cant think of......I dont remember much else on the show, but that was huge deal for WCW, even though that match should have been done on PPV.
