Yah, but Michigan would have to go before Notre Dame right? They beat Notre Dame, how can Notre Dame leap frog them?

If Rutgers loses, and Arkansas wins out and ND beats USC and Michigan loses in a close game, its got to be Michigan right? They beat ND and surely they're a better team then Arkansas?
