WWE Championship - Clearly the choice. Sorry, but even with it's useless champion, it's still the A-Title of the industry.
World Heavyweight Championship - Joke. It had a chance of being worth a damn until it was moved to SmackDown. Doesn't even hold WCW's joke of a respectable liniage. Great men have held it, but ultimately it's going to end up being about as important as WCW "International" World Champ.
ECW World Heavyweight Championship - Bullshit, even with ECW's history behind it, it just isn't worth a damn.
NWA World Heavyweight Championship - I would say the current #2 title in the world. The fact that the most recent champs have been Sting and Jeff Jarrett are questionable but still hold water in the argument they are decent champs.
RoH World Heavyweight Championship - The title belt with the best title matches to say the least, but ultimately it's lack of world exposure makes it tough to place in level of importance.
There are some secondary titles which I would put above some of the current world belts (NWA Tag for one), but that's more or less a run down of the world belts...from a former fan that is...
