Out of the current crop of titles, NWA World Championship.

It may have been booked a little questionably sometimes, with Rhyno, etc. and the changes - but overall, it holds the most prestige out of the current championships. It'd be nice if they gave Sting a good run with the belt 'for he's not champion anymore, but hey, whatever.
