I bet you Phil is a huge pothead. He's like this ultra-creative stay at home dad who chills in the basement making weird ass inventions. He never got a real job, plus he's basically the most irresponsible guy ever. He always argues with his brother Drew, you can just see it, Phil was the wild rebellious teen and Drew was the straight laced guy who tried to keep him in check, so they hate each other basically.
