The thought had crossed my mind at one point while writing all of that that by using insider terminology they'd disregard me as some IWC clown who was just bitching for the sake of bitching, but I decided that I'd go ahead and just write what I was thinking in as professional a tone as possible. I didn't want to go as far as threatening them about refusing to not watch or not buy their merchandise, but thinking back, I could have mentioned that I felt less inclined to spend money when I'm bored with the product.
I just got a reply email that said I should wait between 1 and 2 days for my email to be read. Here's the email
