What is Boston's payroll like now?
That gap between Boston's payroll and the Yankees must be getting smaller. Especially because I don't think Manny will be traded. I just think its kind of funny because I remember during the time around the whole "Boston Massacre" thing earlier this year, Epstein was saying how they can't compete on the Yankees level money-wise. This should stop Red Sox fans from complaining about Yankee spending though, I know Boston fans on here don't really do that but I know people in real life that do.
