Rate the megaman series' from first to last

Zero>X>Classic>Battle Network>Legends

X vs Classic was REALLY tough to decide. And even though x7 was awful, and there were no bad games in the classic series, X's jump to ps1 and the games for that system edge it out a bit. Even if no x game captured the magic of 2.(although the first x game came close)

And speaking of capturing the magic of 2, that brings me to my top pic. Zero. I beat the game in 2 days, the second staying up till 3 a.m. to accomplish the task. I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN. Seriously thought I was going to have a seizure the next day. It takes a major departure from the norm by adding upgradable weapons, missions as opposed to 8 robot bosses, and the cyber-elf system. But it adds SO MUCH depth to a franchise that never had a whole lot. All while retaining the amazing gameplay that makes megaman so awesome in the first place.
