They'll keep Otsuka around, it would be foolish to trade him and then *hope* Gagne doesn't re injure himself. Like I said, it also means after 7 innings you can't bring in Otsuka and Gagne for the 8th and 9th innings, effectively shutting down the end of the game after 7. (barring injuries)
The Rangers are looking at adding Mark Mulder as well.
