This Battle Royal should not be about the the level of danger involved in it, but rather should focus on the fact the winner gets a WWE Title shot the same night. They should also make mention of the fact that it is the largest in RAW history. That's all you need to do. They could have announced another match leading up to the event if they were so desperate. Hell, why not advertise Mickie James vs. Victoria for the WWE Women's Championship? That match will probably be blown off on free TV.

Why not put over matches in the logical fashion. The Last Ride Match is a stupid concept, partially because it's a fusion between Casket and Ambulance Matches, partially because The Undertaker has a 100% loss rate in the match. The Inferno Match has a very simple way of being promoted "A MOTHERFUCKER IS GOING TO GET BURNT!!!!!!".

The logical fashion to putting over a Battle Royal? 30 men have an equal opportunity to getting a shot at the WWE Championship. If the WWE were smart, they'd change the title next week, just to make it, you know, mean something.

My crazy guess for the outcome? Umaga wins, eliminating Ric Flair last, and the Samoan Bulldozer goes on to win the WWE Championship later that night. It puts him over as somewhat credible, and it allows John Cena to "beat the odds" again. Umaga isn't allowed to touch John Cena "unless it's in a match". Armando Alejandro Estrada could constantly provoke Cena into touching Umaga leading into the NYR PPV, just to try and get him to forfeit his title shot.

No doubt Cena will be leaving WWE Champion, though.

Or they put the belt on someone they plan on pushing to make Umaga/Cena a Triple Threat so neither of them need look weak.
